Carnivore Buffalo Casserole

My friend Amy Snyder made this!

Try this new Buffalo Casserole recipe

INGREDIENTS:

(I would double for a family of 6! - big eaters here!)

  • 1 lb. ground beef, bison, turkey or chicken (I used bison and it was )

  • 1 egg

  • 1 block (8oz) cream cheese (I threw mine in the microwave for a few seconds to soften it so that would mix in better)

  • A shake of your favorite seasoning, I used @redmondrealsalt onion salt

  • 1/2 c Frank’s Red Hot sauce

  • 3/4 c shredded cheddar

  • 3/4 c shredded mozzarella


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. 1/2 c Frank’s Red Hot sauce

  2. 3/4 c shredded cheddar

  3. 3/4 c shredded mozzarella

  4. Mix well with a wooden spoon, spread into a greased 9x13” baking dish, sprinkle with about a half cup more cheese and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

  5. Remove from oven and drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing

  6. Slice and serve
