Keto Chicken Bacon Meatballs

Yummy Chicken Bacon Meatballs

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 chicken breasts or 1 lb. ground chicken

  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1 egg

  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled

  • 1 Tablespoon onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 4 Tablespoons avocado or olive oil to cook with

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place everything (except the oil) into a food processor and mix well.

  2. From the mixture, form 20-24 small meatballs.

  3. Place the oil into a large frying pan

  4. Fry the meatballs until the meat is cooked

  5. (cook one side for 5 minutes until browned, then flip and cook the other side for 5-10 minutes until done).

  6. You will probably need to cook them in a few batches
