1 pound beef sirloin or flank steak
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Preheat your grill to high heat.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika to make a marinade.
Place the beef steak in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, making sure it's evenly coated.
Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (or up to 24 hours for more flavor).
Remove the steak from the marinade and let it come to room temperature.
Grill the steak for 3-5 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
Let the steak rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing it against the grain and serving.
