INGREDIENTS:
1 Tbsp avocado or coconut oil
2 Chicken breasts, sliced into strips
2 Tbsp Fresh garlic
1 Tbsp Salt and pepper
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 cup Cheddar Cheese
¼ cup Pesto
1 cup Tomato
2 cups Broccoli
INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat the oil in a pan, put in the chicken, and cook for about 2-3 mins (don’t overcook)
Add in fresh garlic, salt, and pepper, and stir
Then mix in the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and pesto until evenly combined
Next, bring to a boil and cook for about 7 mins
Toss in tomatoes and then broccoli, stirring until cooked
Remove from heat
To serve, you can add mozzarella or parmesan on top
