How do I stay focused long-term, and still stay excited on a daily basis? I want to give you a thought as you're going through your day, making choices on food, your vision, and your long-term goals.
What is your goal for this year?
My husband and I created vision boards last December and January. We have visions for what we want our fat loss, what we want to look like, and how we want to feel.
How many of you have a long-term vision?
Do you want to lose 50, 100, or 30 pounds?
Do you want to get stronger?
Do you want to feel better?
Sometimes we have this huge goal in front of us, or up here in our heads. You want the fat loss and you want to feel better. That's incredible! And that's why we have vision boards, so that's when you get up in the morning, and can immediately see what you're going after.
My husband and I have been having a ton of conversations about business and the different goals that we want to achieve. Sometimes it can get overwhelming. Has anybody ever felt like that? "This is awesome! I've created my vision board and it's super great. I'm so excited! And yet it seems so far away"...
We've been talking about business and different goals with our family. I sometimes get in my head about the big vision that I kind of forget. I almost get stuck to the point where I don't want to do anything because it seems so far away. But if you have these long-term goals, what do you have to do today? One simple step.
What are the actions you're going to put in today?
Your attitude matters! Are you going to have an attitude of gratitude, or will you say that it's too far away? That you're never going to look that way, or never going to reach that goal in your business. How you get up and start your day really does matter.
I want to encourage you and tell you that you're not alone. Try to flip it! You already created the vision board so get up in the morning and think about what you have to do today. Most of you are here for fat loss, so let me ask you, "Are you intermittent fasting?", "What are you going to eat for breakfast?"...
Your choices matter! Every single choice matters!
What am I going to eat for lunch? We're sitting at the pool and looking at the pool menu. So I can get a Caesar salad, or they've got some low-carb chicken wraps. Your choices matter! If you need a little bit of help, just think about your day-to-day decisions and actions. It's the little consistent steps, over and over, that will get you to the long-term vision at the end of the year.

Every single day you get to choose when you get up in the morning, or if your day is going to be great or not.
It all starts in your mind, and then your choices throughout the day.
Will I eat that?
Am I going to go to the gym?
Am I going to sleep in?
Am I going to go through the drive-thru?
Am I going to plan my meals?
It's a day-to-day consistent action that you might not see the results immediately but it's 1% better every single day.
