Creamy Spinach Pepperoni Skillet

𝗔 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆!

Creamy Spinach Pepperoni Skillet


  • 4 cups baby spinach (fresh preferred but can use frozen)

  • 1/2 cup Pepperoni

  • 1/3 cup heavy cream or unsweetened plain almond milk

  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1/3 cup cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese

  • 4 Tbsp unsalted butter dairy

  • 1/2 small onion thinly sliced

  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped

  • Pinch nutmeg

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Melt butter in a skillet, add garlic and onion and cook until softened

  2. Add in Spinach, and cook for about 3-4 mins

  3. Add in heavy cream and cream cheese, and cook until spinach is wilted

  4. Put in parmesan and a pinch of nutmeg, and season with salt and pepper to taste

  5. Top with Mozzarella cheese and pepperoni

  6. Bring down to low heat and let mozzarella melt and pepperoni cook
