Welcome to the Keto Mom page, my name is Stephanie. It's Pink Friday, I actually didn't even know that was a thing. But we're going to celebrate and have some fun.
I'm super excited to talk about what ketones are, what mom fuel is, how it works, and how you can have some fun on Pink Friday to potentially get some free Keto Kreme.
We're going to talk about all of this, and this is we're shaking up my mom fuel. Pink Friday is a thing my sister told me about it, my sister owns a boutique and I didn't even know that was a thing, but we're going to have some fun.
I'm going to shake up my ketones, which I call mom fuel. It's not just for moms, my husband drinks it, and it's a fuel source.
There are some who are low carb, paleo, or whole 30, it doesn't matter. But the point is to have ketones in your system, whether your body makes them or you drink them.
So from a mom's point of view, I'm going to tell you why I love drinking Ketones. Alright! I'm going to shake up pink ketones of course because it's Pink Friday. It's super easy, you just mix it with some water. I use 12 to 16 ounces and my husband uses 24 ounces. If you have more water, it's less sweet. If you have less water, it's sweeter.
Some of you drink energy drinks, pots of coffee, or even caffeine pills. I drink ketones.
Years ago, I was a really tired mom, but I'm not anymore. I used to turn on the TV every day at 2:30 and I would tell the girls that mom needs a nap. I always needed 30 minutes to lie down. I'd have a movie turned on for the girls, and they would be somewhat preoccupied. I would do that every day.
