1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp chili powder
¾ tsp cumin
¼ tsp onion powder
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp garlic powder
4 oz tomato sauce
3 halved avocados
¼ c cherry tomatoes sliced
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
¼ c shredded lettuce
Here are some additional toppings you can add on:
*Cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
*Drain the grease and add the seasonings and the tomato sauce.. then mix.
*While that sits, remove the pit from the halved avocados.
*Fill the crater left from the pit with the taco meat.
*Add cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and cilantro.
Serve with some Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice!
