My friend Dani makes this amazing salad
Thought I would share it with you!
Whether you’re keto, vegan, vegetarian, or follow low carb, this is a great option for anyone.
INGREDIENTS:
6 Avocado
1 large English cucumber
2 Roma tomatoes
3 tbsp. toasted sesame seed oil
2 tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
1 packet MCT 143 or 2 tbsp. MCT oil
(coconut oil)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1 fresh squeezed lemon (juice)
Pink Himalayan salt-to taste
Mix together, chill for 20 minutes, top with raw almonds
