Keto Sausage Spinach Egg Cups

"Great for breakfast or snacks!" Easy and delicious - you can truly add what you want... especially for the kid's taste buds.


Keto Chicken Bacon Meatballs

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 eggs

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 pound ground sausage

  • 1 cup shredded cheese

  • 1 cup chopped spinach


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a bowl, 8 eggs (beaten)

  2. Salt and pepper to taste

  3. In a muffin tin, divide up ground sausage into 12 muffin tin molds, push into bottom of the mold.

  4. Pour egg mixture into tins, sprinkle with spinach, and top with cheese.

  5. Put in the oven at 350 for 10-14 mins or until done.

Bonus add-ins: bacon bits, peppers, any veggies, etc.


Salsa on the side and enjoy!

Perfect for breakfast or for a snack!
