Keto Chicken Bacon Meatballs

Easy and delicious - you can truly add what you want... especially for the kid's taste buds.

Sausage spinach egg cups


INGREDIENTS:


  • 8 eggs

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 pound ground sausage

  • 1 cup shredded cheese

  • 1 cup chopped spinach


INSTRUCTIONS:

  • In a bowl, 8 eggs (beaten)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • In a muffin tin, divide up ground sausage into 12 muffin tin molds, push into bottom of the mold.

  • Pour egg mixture into tins, sprinkle with spinach, and top with cheese.

  • Put in the oven at 350 for 10-14 mins or until done.

Bonus add-ins: bacon bits, peppers, any veggies, etc.


Salsa on the side and enjoy!

Perfect for breakfast or for a snack!
