Simple Keto Jicama Fries


JICAMA Fries

Kids love this!


INGREDIENTS:


Jicama already cut up from our local Kroger or

A whole Jicama and cut it up at home.


INSTRUCTIONS:


Place in a glass bowl for 10 min in microwave- tossed halfway through!

Toss in a bit of olive oil, salt, garlic

or Cajun seasoning...

5 min increments in air fryer at 400 degrees

until desired crispness is achieved with tossing in between.

Served with Heinz no-sugar added ketchup.
