The girls are having some nuggets with this G Hughes Sugar-Free Yum Yum Sauce. It's incredible. Then I also made a really great pizza with the Yum Yum Sauce yesterday.
We normally make lunch at home, but our company is about to come out with some ketofied low-carb meals, from the farm straight to your tables. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲. 𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗶 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲.
We're going to pop that one in the microwave and we're going to try it. We're having chicken, and chicken nuggets in the air fryer with the Yum Yum sauce for our lunch. So I'm opening up a pre-made meal, and we're going to taste them. I'll be honest with you, if they're great or if I don't love them. But I do believe they're going to be great. I think that's all I have right now, but I have more coming. That's our first round and they're going to be sending more to us.

Now, who's doing the 𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝟰 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 with us? I had a lot of people start the first of the year, some people started on Monday. If you signed up for the 𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝟰 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲, it means you're doing the four steps, for at least four days a week, and for four weeks.
I'm going to help you with the 4 Steps:
The only requirement for you to be a part of the CORE 4 is drinking ketones. The rest is coming from you, like fueling your body with ketones and food.
Right now you can't get the Pruvit food yet, but you can use the Pruvit food in the future, or you can make your own. It's basically, eating your best, healthily. Some people are strict keto, some are low carb, I've got people that are paleo and whole 30. I will help you with the food.
This means you move how you can because some people can just only go for walks due to limitations. Some people are in the gym for two hours, whatever works for you. We're encouraging you to just move your body.
We have a cool little app, it's called Pruvit every day. It's where you can go log in your activities for that day.
And then press the share button, and will sync with your social media accounts. You can say I shared with my mom today. You can use it more like a journal and share what you feel. You can tag people and our company. You might have a friend or a co-worker who might want to join you. It'll help you create your own community and your own accountability. It's just an incredible system.
So if you want to know more about the 𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝟰 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲, it's basically doing all four steps for at least four days a week, for four weeks. If you can do that more, then that's awesome!
At the end of the four weeks, you can submit your entry like you're before and after the picture. And every single person that submits will get a prize at the end of every quarter. Also, there are huge prizes for $10,000, $5,000 and $2,000 cash. And you can get a chance to win that, just by taking those 4 steps.

Your action step today was to share what you're eating so that other people will have ideas. I actually really wanted egg salad until this package came. I was actually going to make myself a salad on a low-carb wrap. Well, that's another option for you. The girls are going to have some chicken nuggets with some Yum Yum sauce.
