Low Carb Sausage Balls

For the win!

A must try for the entire Family!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3c almond flour

  • 2c shredded cheddar

  • 2oz cream cheese

  • 1lb sausage

  • 1/2c water

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine almond flour and shredded cheese, doing this first makes sure your cheese doesn't clump.

  2. Add in the remaining ingredients (I use my hands at this point to mix).

  3. Once well combined, roll into golf ball sized balls and place on parchment lined baking sheet.

  4. Bake at 325° for 20-25 minutes.

That easy!
