Low Carb Blueberry Bread

A new bread recipe for you!
5 eggs medium
1/2 c blueberries
3 table spoon butter softened
2 c almond flour
2 tablespoon coconut flour
3 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 c Erythritol
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F Grease an 8.5 x 4.5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
Add eggs, vanilla extract, and sweetener into a bowl.
Use a hand mixer for 2-3 minutes or until the eggs look frothy.
Mix again after adding in heavy whipping cream.
Combine the dry ingredients in a different bowl
Combine the wet and the dry ingredients using the mixer (be sure to add in the butter while mixing)
Fold in the blueberries and then transfer the batter to a loaf pan.
Bake for about 45 minutes at 350F or until cooked through.
