Lemon Pepper Baked Chicken Wings

Lemon Pepper Baked Chicken Wings


  • 2 lbs of Chicken wings (flats or drums)

  • 3 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp salt

For sauce

  • 2 Tbsp of butter

  • 4 Tbsp of lemon juice

  • 2 tsp of pepper

  • Salt to taste


  1. Pat dry with a kitchen paper towel excess moisture/ water from chicken wings

  2. Seasoned with baking powder and salt

  3. Mix it up til all wings are coated

  4. Place in an oven rack

  5. Baked for 250F for 35mins then increased to 425F for another 10 mins

  6. Remove from oven, set aside

  7. Then in a skillet or non-stick pan, Melt butter in a pan until melted, place lemon, and stir up

  8. Add in pepper and salt

  9. Add in chicken wings, and cook for 1-2 minutes until sauce is mixed well with chicken wings
