A new recipe for you!
6 cups chicken bone broth
2 medium yellow onions, chopped
6 cups diced chicken
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
2 small cans of Ortega diced green chilis
1 1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 teaspoons cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup salsa
1 packet of MCT//143 or 3 TBS of coconut oil - MCT oil
salt and white pepper to taste
Sour cream (optional garnish)
Monterey Jack cheese (optional garnish)
Sauté jalapeños, spices, and half the onions and half the garlic in the oil.
Then add to crockpot.
Add remaining ingredients except the garnish items to the crockpot and cook overnight on low. (8-10 hours)
Garnish with sour cream or Monterey Jack cheese.
