Okay! So we've been talking about a book called, "The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth" by John C. Maxwell. I love giving out books because it fuels your mind. Anyway, I made an incredible Low carb pizza today. We used the G Hughes Sugar-Free Yum Yum Sauce. I took a low-carb tortilla, put some yum yum sauce, and add mozzarella cheese. It was so good. When your body's in ketosis, you have a higher chance of being dehydrated, that is why you need to drink more water. You need about half your body weight in ounces of water.

I know it's winter and it's harder to drink that much because we're not sweating. We don't always carry water with us. But if you look at my kitchen, there are probably eighteen water bottles scattered all around. You can keep them all over your office, or put them in your car.

I used to take a nap every single day at 2:30 PM until I met my Mom Fuel. And we have been best friends ever since. I don't need a nap, I feel incredible and it's a tool that helps me stay focused.
