We're celebrating the sixth year anniversary of the Keto Mom page. I started this page, to walk you through the journey that we were going through, six years ago. Because I thought, if our family is going to be eating Keto, Low Carb and just hopefully inspire other people to eat healthy, then I'm going to have to share what we're doing. Fast forward six years after, I honestly feel like I'm stronger, fitter and feel better than I was in high school and college.

Hey everybody! Welcome to the Keto mom page, my name is Stephanie. We're going to dive into what the "60 hour keto reboot" is all about. I also want to talk about the "24 hour fast", and just mom fuel in general. So as you're tuning in, where you're tuning in from? I'm tuning in from Minnesota, we have four daughters and four dogs so it's usually loud here. We're going to have a great conversation, a couple of things if you're brand new to the page, post new below. I would love to get to know you, and know what your goals are, reach out and help you on your journey.

"I'm excited to share so many things. I'm excited because we've got a new grill on the deck. And I don't know if you, like me, like to grill. But guess what, It's grilling season and we have a Traeger Grill. I did some research last night, it's really good. So did you know it's my birthday in forty days?". Yes, his birthday is in forty days! "It's a big deal, because this is what I'm most excited about. I keep telling my four girls and my wife, you just wait on my birthday I'm going to be the best shape of my life!". He's been saying that for five years, he's in great shape...
"I don't think I'm in bad shape, but I'm going to be in the best shape. And so everybody should have goals and dreams. You should know what you're going after, and what you're in the pursuit of. And so for me, we also have a tendency to glorify our past, but I remember the day before we jumped on a plane to Hong Kong. I was eating straight meat, and I felt elite". He's more like that. "I like that, if you eat straight meat, you'll feel elite". He is more carnivorous, he's going to dive back into that, and that's what he's doing today. He's doing mainly carnivore, but he adds in some veggies. So as you're tuning in, we're going to do some fun giveaways later, I'll do it live tonight. So my husband, he's going to be sharing his journey for forty days with you.
This is not just for moms, or the ladies, I hope your husbands are here too, and if they're not, invite them here. My husband said he's going to start stealing my Instagram or my phone and start sharing what he's doing throughout the day.
So have your spouse hop on, because there is a better half to me. He's on the other side of the camera, and you just got to meet him. He's actually the reason why we are here today, because he did the Keto diet over eight years ago. I joined him two years after, and I started with the product. So today we're going to talk about the "60 hour Keto reboot" that's available for the next few days. How a Fast or a Reboot can help you, and I actually just shook up a new flavor of Ketones.

Because I thought, if our family is going to be eating Keto, Low Carb, or if I'm going to be cooking, sharing recipes and just hopefully inspire other people to eat healthy, and not feel like they're on a crazy restrictive diet, then I'm going to have to share what we're doing. So we started the Keto Mom page and just started sharing, not out of a perfect lifestyle, but out of "here's what we're doing", "this didn't work" and "this worked".
We are not perfect, clearly you see me every single morning talking about a book, non showered. And so I want you to realize that this can work for you long term, lifestyle approach.
My journey did start with Ketones, I started with a pack of Ketones. I tried it just to be a supportive wife to my husband. I drank it and that same day, I did not need a nap. And I always take a nap every single day at 2:30 in the afternoon. From the time the girls were babies, because I was tired and I was exhausted. I thought I was supposed to take naps, because we have four girls and they're all super close to each one's age. So I remember not taking a nap that day, and I thought there is something to this. I don't know what it was, and I don't understand Ketones yet, except for your body can make them, and now I can drink them. I felt incredible that day.
So fast forward six years, I have been sharing them and drinking them for six years, because they are amazing. There's tons of different flavors, you can grab a trial kit, I can tell you more.
I would love to show you some science behind the product. Not all ketones are created equal. You don't have to be doing a Keto diet. That is a lot of information in a short period of time, but the product is incredible. So it is a tool, it is not a magic pill, and I drink them every morning. Okay, a lot of people have been asking about this, we do a 60 hour keto reboot every single month in the middle of the month. It will be the second Sunday of this month, I'm not sure the date yet.
So what it is, it's a 60 hour, like a fast or cleanse, but we say a reboot. It's going to reset your metabolism, rest your body and reset. We do it all together as a community.
So if you are one of three people, number one, you just need to start something. You feel like you need to get back on track, you've been way off track, you need to do something, you need to get into shape and you need to get your booty in gear. So you've got a "60" or a "24" hour option. You're going to rest and reset your body number one, if you just need to start. Number two, maybe you reached a plateau and you need to get past the plateau. Or Number three, you feel incredible, you just love to fast and reset your body. Now, this is how it works...
You're going to follow the system whether it's for 24 hour or the 60 hour reboot. If you've never done a fast or reset ever, we might do one of two things. You're going to start with drinking Ketones every day. So we've got a 10 day challenge, and I'm going to work with you on intermittent fasting, low carb meals and drinking Ketones.
If you want to dive into a "24 hour fast", we can start with that. If you want to dive into a "60 hour reboot", and you've been doing this for a while, here's what it looks like. You have incredible instructions, we do it with thousands of people all at the same time, middle of the month. You're going to follow the instructions, you're not going to eat for 60 hours. You have your Ketones in the pack. So you've got two caffeine and two caffeine-free, a variety of flavors, you have your broth, which is going to be your lunch and your dinner. I'm going to walk you through the whole thing, we're going to do it together. You also have your electrolytes that you're going to drink throughout the 60 hours. I started with one day at a time, one meal at a time and I drink ketones every day.
This was my fuel source every day, it gave me the energy to get up. It gave me the energy to keep up with my girls and homeschool them. It gave me the energy to feel great. Ketones are brain fuel, so my focus is on point. I was able to lose the last ten pounds of baby weight in the very beginning. Right now I'm working on building muscle, it is incredible, it's not a magic pill but a helper.
Remember this, your body can make Ketones or you can drink them and they don't stop your body from making its own Ketones.
You can do both. You don't have to be doing a strict keto diet, but we're going to work on your water intake and feeling incredible. Making this a lifestyle long term to where you're going to keep going. So you're like us, fast forward six years, you can play with your kids, you can go on vacation, you can go hiking and biking, you can do all the fun things you want, you can even bend down and tie your shoes. So those are the things that people want, to feel better.
I feel better today, as a 38 year old mom of four daughters, who we homeschool by choice, or a super active family. I honestly feel like I'm stronger, fitter and feel better than I was in high school and college.
