Hey everybody, happy whatever day it is, do we even know I have no idea, but I will tell you this... Welcome to the Keto mom page, my name is Stephanie and I'm going to dive into a very specific conversation for you today. We're going to talk about something called the 60 hour Keto reboot, I just have a fun looking box but I have all of this stuff spread out. I'm gonna walk you through what this is because it's back, and we do it once a month.
The reboot is like a 60 hour faster cleanse, so we're gonna dive into what it is, how to use it, why you would want to use it, I've done it so many times, so I'm just going to share my experience with you.
So as you're tuning in, where are you tuning in from? We are currently where we have been for a long time, in Minnesota. It is not snowing today, but it is often snowing here very early on. So where are you tuning in from and how is the weather, is it snowing where you at?. Here is what I want to walk you through this little box, and at any time when you're learning about the reboot, I want you to post reboot below if you want some more information. Because I have a ton of amazing tools and videos to to explain it more from a scientific, a doctor's point of view.
I am not a doctor, but I am a passionate mom and our family has been helping people on this journey for over five years and so wherever you're tuning in from, this is what we were diving into. Join me on this journey, because we're not going to get to 2021, we're not going to get to the end of the year and into next year and a half to lose everything that we gained in 2020, that is not going to be you.
So what is this, it's a little kit, I'm going to show you what it is. But what you're going to do is for 60 hours, you are going to be put into an incredible community, and we're going to do it together. So you're going to be put into a private group, and we're going to start the middle of December, I'm pretty sure it's the 13th. So you're going to grab your kit over the next couple days, it's only available for a few days, you're going to get it and we're all going to do it together on a Sunday night.
And what it looks like is Sunday night you start, you're going to have your instructions, you're going to take them out, you're going to take your little pills. it's going to come with pills, P.M. pills and A.M. pills, you're going to take your pills, and you're going to dive into the next 60 hours of not eating, and you're going to drink everything in the kit.
So we've got our ketones, which I call my mom fuel, I talk about this a lot. You're going to have caffeine and caffeine free, and then your lunches are going to look like this. It's going to be a bone broth, we call it better broth, you're going to drink one for lunch, one for dinner. You're going to have some electrolytes to drink, and you're going to have at the very end of your 60 hours coming out of your reboot, you're going to have one of our protons so our Keto protein.
And that is going to be 60 hours. Why in the world would you not eat for 60 hours? Thanks for asking, I'm going to tell you. So I made a fun little list, I'm a visual person so here's what I want you to now... Why would you want to do a reboot? Number one, maybe you just need to start, you just need to start something. Maybe you've gone for the last 11 months and you're like, "Shoot, I've been eating too much. I haven't gone to the gym as much". You just need to start, I'm going to help you. So that's your first reason...
Number two, maybe you've hit a plateau, so maybe you're like "I've done everything, I need something to get me past that plateau". You never know somebody on your Facebook or your friends or somebody around you maybe a neighbor would want to join you because it's way more fun to do it with somebody else, Accountability. You're going to have the private group, you're going to have me and maybe you'll have a friend join you.
Number three, it can amplify what you're doing. So maybe you're like, "I feel great, I feel incredible. I've actually had a really good year I just want to amplify what I'm doing".
This will clear out your system, it's like a reset. It's resetting your body, just like you have to reset or reboot your phone or a computer, same thing. It's great for your body to rest, we have the science behind it.
I'll get you the video, post reboot below, just to get you focused and back on track, very similar to getting started. Mindset, this one is my favorite, so I would tell people when I first did the reboot, I was amazed at how much mindset it is. It's not even the fact that you might be hungry here and there, but what it's going to do is help you understand that you do not have to be controlled by food, you are in control. So it's going to help you understand what true hunger is and what it might mean. It's going to help you understand like maybe you find yourself sitting at home on the couch at night, it's a routine, it's a habit, you watch a movie or a show. So you sit down, you watch a movie, you kind of unwind, and then you find yourself gravitating towards the kitchen, not because you're hungry but because it's a habit. What I love about this kit is it helps you understand eating out of habit versus eating out of hunger.
Maybe you're emotional, or maybe you're bored or maybe you've been at home for too long. It's going to help your mindset to go "What in the world am I doing? Am I really truly eating because I'm hungry? Or am I eating for all of these other reasons". So it's going to help your mindset go, "Oh, I really only should be eating because I'm hungry, I really only should be eating to fuel my body". It's truly going to help you go "I do not have to be controlled by food, I am going to control when I eat food". And then lastly, it's going to get you back on track, so just some of the reasons why you would want to do a reboot.
To get started, because you've hit a plateau, it's going to amplify what you're already doing, get focused, it's a mindset, and get you back on track. It is truly powerful, you might go "Really? not eat for 60 hours", there's a couple different ways we do it and there's a good a better and a best option.
So when you grab the kit, we're going to walk you through the entire 60 hours in the private group, you're going to have myself and other coaches go LIVE throughout the entire 60 hours. And what we do is we give you GOOD... we're going to go "Hey, let's go for 18 hours we're going to do 18 hours, if you make it and you feel good, we're going to keep going". And then if you you keep going you might make it the BETTER, which is 36 hours, or maybe you make it to the full end which is the 60. I have people that have grabbed the kit and split it in half, we do a 24 hour and then maybe later on that week, we do another 24 hour.
There is no perfect ways to finish it but it's a good, better or the best and I'm going to walk you through whatever works best for you. So that's what it is, post reboot in the comments. Regardless, let me know what your goals are, we're going into the very end, it's it's the end of the year. And I can promise you, I know so many people because I get messages every single day going, "I really screwed up this year, I really need to get back on track, I really need somebody to help give me that push".
So whatever it is, I'm going to help you with those goals, if you're not ready to dive in and not eat for 60 hours, then grab a five or a ten day. What this is, it's a variety of flavors, I'm going to walk you through how to eat better, we're going to work on intermittent fasting, we're going to work on low carb meals, you're going to drink a variety of flavors.
I'm going to send you a little packet, and you will get to trial these, this is the fuel source, this is the energy. This is going to give you the appetite control and the craving control, the better mood and the better sleep. And then we're going to work on eating better, not perfect, but be able to make it a lifestyle so you don't get to the end of January and then give up.
You don't get to the vacation or you don't get to just the wedding or you don't get to whatever your goal is and quit. We've been doing this for five years, and I feel incredible. We've got four daughters and our goal in our home is to eat better, not perfect because your kids are watching you. So as you're on this journey, you can invite them into joining you, if any of you saw my Instagram today, you saw my daughter in the kitchen. And they all have been in the kitchen all week because they think it's so fun that they can make their own eggs.
And so I would just encourage you take your family with you, alongside of you, work on eating better, incorporating different things one vegetable at a time, one meal at a time, I will help all of you.
