We've had an incredible day of learning. We're taking a little break, we're still learning. And I've got something fun to show you. So for those of you who've done a 60 hour keto reboot with us, it is incredible, right? Sixty hours rebooting your system.
But what if I told you we have something coming, that's a 24 hour fast.
Want to see what this entails? Check this out. Then we use a Keto Nat Lite, we've got our P.M. Pills, you go to bed. Then you wake up, you have your electrolytes and you have your caffeine free Ketones. And you have your lunch, and you have your A.M. pills and you have your electrolytes and you are done.
Alright friends, we have a 24 hour fast... it is available until it's sold out. The reason I tell you that is this is the very first one. And so whoever grabs it is going to get to do it with us just to test it out to see what you think. I'm going to show you what it's all about.
So it's a 24 hour fast if you've ever done our 60 hour keto reboot, similar concept, but for 24 hours. And so in the kit, we all start on Sunday, and you go from a Sunday to a Monday. You stop eating on Sunday around three to five and then you go till Monday that same time.
So what you're going to do is on Sunday night or Sunday later evening, you're going to drink your Nat Lite, you're going to take your P.M. pills, and then you're going to go to bed.
Then you're going to wake up and you're going to grab your A.M. pills, you're going to grab your Keto Nat, you've got two electrolytes, and then you've got your lunch, which is your Better Broth.
See, it's 24 hours. Most people don't want to do 60 hours but they want to dive in, they want to get started. They want to reset their body, they want to rest their body, they've got 24 hours, we've got the kit for you.
And then from there, we're gonna work on Low carb meals, Keto meals, whatever you're wanting.
