Cheese Burger Casserole

Keto-style cheeseburger hotdish!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 lbs ground beef

  • Garlic seasoning

  • 1/2- 1 cup real bacon bits

  • 6-7 eggs

  • 1 small can of tomato sauce (6 oz)

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1/2 tsp. salt

  • shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Brown 2 lbs ground beef with garlic (you can add onions if you like)

  • Place browned beef into a pan

  • Add in 1/2- 1 cup bacon bits on top of the beef

  • In a separate bowl, mix the following ingredients:

6-7 eggs

1 cup heavy cream

Salt and pepper to taste

Tomato sauce (6 oz)

Add a handful of shredded cheese into the mixture

  • Pour mixture over the meat and spread evenly

  • Bake at 350 degrees (approximately) for 35 mins or until the top is golden brown

  • Add more cheese on top when it's almost done baking, and after it's done baking
