INGREDIENTS:


You need a lot of Chicken Wings


Buffalo Sauce

  • ½ cup Hot Sauce

  • ½ cup unsalted butter

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon paprika

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional (if you like it HOT)


INSTRUCTIONS:


Buffalo Sauce

  1. Combine hot sauce, butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a sauce pot.

  2. Then add cayenne pepper if using.

  3. Set the sauce pot over medium-high heat for a few minutes to let the butter melt.

  4. Make sure to stir gently to mix everything in nicely and evenly.

  5. Simmer the sauce for 1 minute.

  6. Remove from the heat and place aside allowing the flavors to develop.

Chicken Wings

  1. Preheat oven at 400F.

  2. Next arrange the chicken wings onto a wire rack, placed on a baking sheet.

  3. Brush the chicken with olive oil or avocado oil, then season to taste with salt and pepper

  4. Next, you will pop the wings into the oven and let this bake for about 40 minutes.

  5. Once the wings are baking, you’ll take this time to make a low carb buffalo sauce.

  6. Once the wings have been baked, place the chicken in a bowl and pour over the prepared keto friendly buffalo sauce.

  7. Toss the chicken in the bowl so that every piece is coated with sauce
