Zuppa Toscana Soup (Low Carb - Ketofied)
Our friend Sandy made this one! 🍴
1 quart chicken broth
1 pound Italian sausage
1/2 large onion
1/2 pound bacon cooked and chopped
3 cups chopped cauliflower or frozen cauliflower rice
1 cup chopped kale
1/2-3/4 cup heavy cream
1 Tablespoon red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook sausage and sauté onions, put into slow cooker.
Add other ingredients besides kale and cream.
Cook for 4 hours, add kale and cream
cook additional 15 mins and serve!
