Zuppa Toscana Soup (Low Carb - Ketofied)

Our friend Sandy made this one! 🍴

heart warming soup for the family


  • 1 quart chicken broth

  • 1 pound Italian sausage

  • 1/2 large onion

  • 1/2 pound bacon cooked and chopped

  • 3 cups chopped cauliflower or frozen cauliflower rice

  • 1 cup chopped kale

  • 1/2-3/4 cup heavy cream

  • 1 Tablespoon red pepper flakes

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cook sausage and sauté onions, put into slow cooker.

  2. Add other ingredients besides kale and cream.

  3. Cook for 4 hours, add kale and cream

  4. cook additional 15 mins and serve!
