Sweet Pepper Poppers

My friend Megan Grey’s recipe 🍴


Yummy poppers to try

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb. bag small sweet peppers

  • 1 block of cream cheese

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar

  • 6-8 slices of crumbled bacon

  • salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Halve small sweet peppers (they usually come in a 1lb bag in the produce section).

  2. Clean out the seeds then place peppers on a lined baking sheet.

  3. In a separate bowl mix a block of cream cheese, 1c of shredded cheddar, 6-8 slices of crumbled bacon, and salt to taste.

  4. Scoop the mixture in each pepper half.

  5. Bake at 415° for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melty and golden brown on top.

These were so easy to whip up and everyone in the house liked them (that is a huge win).
