That's good news, if you're thinking on things that are noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent and praiseworthy. It's bad news, if you're thinking of things that are destructive, false, ugly, anxious, unjust, and fearful, your life will move in that direction, it's up to you"... ~ Craig Groeschel

Good morning! Welcome to the Keto Mom page, we are almost done with "Winning the War in your Mind" by Craig Groeschel. So if you're tuning in, my name is Stephanie, and it's going to be an incredible day. We've got our eldest off to volleyball this morning, the younger ones are getting up, and I've already read. How many of you have a morning routine? There's a whole bunch of books that we've gone through since May...

We went through one called "Rain or Shine", the "Miracle Morning", "Atomic Habits" and "The Traveler's Gift". So I'm going to take all of those books when we're done with "Winning the War in your Mind", we're going to dive into the very basic understanding, and give you the action steps to help you create a morning routine.
To help you on your journey, to help you own your morning, so that other people don't own your morning.
To help you feel like you have goals, and don't want to just wish for them but find ways to get them. That is the outcome, and so that's what we're working on. We're going through Chapter Ten right now... What you think of the book so far? By the way, we have four daughters and four dogs, so it's usually loud here. The book we're going to go through in September is "Dream it, Pin it, Live it" by Terri Savelle Foy. All you have to do is go to her website, https://www.terri.com/. Just go to the menu button, and it'll show you where all of her books are. I love to buy the books from the author, but it's up to you. So this is what we're going to do...
We're going to create a vision board, we're not going to wait for a new year, we are going to do it now.
I think it's going to be super powerful, I would highly recommend grabbing the book. Or you can just tune in here and you can follow us along the way. Anyways, so many things going on, and I'm so thankful. The sun is shining, it's going to be a beautiful day. I would love to know what are you thankful for? Are you reading the book or following along?... Now, Chapter ten has a ton of stories, and it has some science about the brain. The very basic overview of the chapter is, he talks about your "Fight or your Flight" moment. He says when you reach a response in your day, your brain has that little mechanism. And it creates a fight or flight response in your brain. Sometimes that's good, like the flight response when you need it to happen. If you are driving the car, and you need to slam on the brakes, but it also happens in little things. When you get a negative response, your brain doesn't realize you don't need to act in fight or flight. So a lot of this talks about science.

He says "In your life, you will always move in the direction of your strongest thought. That's good news, if you're thinking on things that are noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent and praiseworthy. In bad news, if you're thinking of things that are destructive, false, ugly, anxious, unjust, fearful, your life will move in that direction, it's up to you"...
