The Benefits of Ketones

Ketones gives me energy, and helped me lose the last bit of baby weight years ago. Ketones give me the focus to homeschool my girls,
and help control my cravings. If you've never tried ketones, let me share to you what they are.

Hey everybody! Welcome to the Keto Mom page. My name is Stephanie, and I have 2 things for you today!

1. KETONES! We have a new flavor for you!

2. KETO TIP!

So we're going to shake up a new flavor of ketones, and I want to talk to you about something very valuable for your keto, carb-conscious, low-carb journey. First of all, we have a new flavor that launched today. If you've never tried ketones, let me share with you what they are.

It's a packet, you rip it open, you can smell it because they all smell great and they all taste great. So you put it in some water, shake it up, drink it, and you're in ketosis in under an hour.

I've been drinking ketones for seven years now.

𝗪𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂, 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 "𝗣𝘂𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗼𝗽".

Benefits of Ketones...

  1. Gives me energy.

  2. Helped me lose the last bit of baby weight years ago.

  3. Gives me the focus to homeschool my girls.

  4. Helps me control my cravings.

  5. Helps me not go crazy with my four dogs.

I just love them! You shake it up, drink it, and it puts you in ketosis in under an hour.

If you understand ketones, your body can actually make ketones. How do you do that? You go on a keto diet. That means you need to restrict your carbs for a long period of time, and up your fat and protein. If you work out, it will also help your body create ketones faster because it gets rid of all the junk. So if you do that your body will make ketones.

Ketones are long-sustained energy. I like all of my ketones in water, but you can actually put this in almond milk as well. Ketones are a fuel source, and your body prefers ketones over sugar.

𝗦𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗸𝗲, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻.
The reason I drink ketones every day for over seven years now is that I legitimately did not need to take a nap.

Seven years ago, when my husband said to try drinking ketones, I was not interested. I only tried it to be a nice wife. But I loved it, ketones changed my life, and I felt incredible. Some of you drink coffee or energy drinks. I drink ketones, and I will forever drink them because I feel incredible.

I then worked on eating the best I could, and I'm now more carb-conscious and not strict keto. I eat more protein because I'm working on building muscles.

How long do you stay in ketosis?

This comes in caffeine or caffeine-free because the caffeine helps with the uptake of ketones. I also have different trial packs. I don't have this brand-new flavor available yet. This was just launched today. I will order some and have trial packs later.

If you want to know more about my Mom fuel and you want to want a trial pack with a whole bunch of different flavors, message me and we'll chat. This will keep your body in ketosis for anywhere from 4 - 8 hours. It just depends, because everybody's bodies are different.

𝗟𝗲𝘁'𝘀 𝘀𝗮𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘁, 𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁, 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁.
You can still drink ketones and get the benefits. You'll feel your brain turn on, have more energy, and just feel better.
If you eat anything, your body will have to use all that junk you're putting into your body, plus the ketones. But if you eat better, you don't have to be strict with keto to drink this product.

I have people that are vegan, whole 30, paleo, or some who are just eating their version of healthy. If you drink the product, and you eat better, your body can utilize the ketones better, therefore, they will last longer. You can drink one or two packets a day. I drink two most of the time.

For the first year, I only drank one packet mid-morning, and then did the best I could with my food, while functioning as a mom of four babies today. My life is now completely different. We go to CrossFit together, they are doing harder classes in school, and I really need to be on point. Ketones are my brain fuel.

People used to tell me all the time, "I can't believe you have 4 girls", "I feel so bad for you and your husband", or "You're going to have a rough couple of years". I always say I reject that! I reject it, and I don't agree with it. Our girls are different than others, and we choose to create a relationship with our teenagers to help them in life.

𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗸𝗶𝗱𝘀.

Your teenagers and your middle schoolers need you today as a parent, more than they needed you when they were babies. If you have teenagers or middle schoolers, they need you to talk to them. You need to have a relationship with them, do life with them, coach them, and guide them.

They may act like they know what's going on but they actually need you. This world will either raise your kids, or you can raise your own kids.

All right! And that's why I need ketones to be my best focus for my girls. I drink one packet every morning. I get up early, I read my Bible, and I work on my mindset. I drink ketones, I get my kids up to start school, and I still feel great all afternoon.

I'm drinking another one right now because I'm about to go to CrossFit with my kids. Ketones preserve muscle and they help with the intake of oxygen. Ketones also help me be a peaceful wife. My husband made me do work outside and if you know me, I do not love to do outside work.

Tip of the day: "Stop looking and focusing on everything that you can't have".

In working on your health people sometimes get irritated because they can't have potato chips or pop. Stop focusing on what you can't have, and focus on all of the incredible things that you can have. It's a choice.

What are the things that you can choose to help you achieve the outcome that you want?

You get to have...

  • Eggs

  • Meats or any proteins.

  • Salads and some incredible veggies.

  • Berries,

  • Dark chocolate with almond butter

  • Peanut butter

  • Almond milk

  • Water

  • Ketones

  • Low carb pizza

Is there a meal that you love, that you don't think you can make low carb?

There really shouldn't be a meal that you cannot make low-carb. For example Tacos, everybody can have tacos and it's a great family meal. It doesn't matter what meal you want to make, you can make it low-carb. Like for instance, pizza. You can make a cauliflower crust, a chicken crust, or you can make a crustless pizza. If you want to do sloppy Joe's, you can use a sugar-free barbecue sauce. That's what we use in our sloppy Joe's.

How do you guys make your sloppy Joe's or your hot dish? We actually say hot dish in the north. Another would be shepherd's pie, instead of potatoes, you can use cauliflower. You can doctor that cauliflower up with sour cream, cheese, and garlic. You can make it taste creamy if you choose to.

You can also take the buns off your burger because it wrecks your burger anyways. It's like a spongy, nasty piece of disgustingness. Eat your burger and taste the actual burger with everything on it.

For all of your main meals, you can use something low carb or take one thing off to make it a better option. You're not depriving yourself. It's not that you don't get to have anything, you are just choosing better foods that are going to help you meet your goals.

𝗦𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘀𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 "𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗻'𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲", 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲.
If you have a meal in mind that you don't think you can make low-carb, tell me what it is and I will help you find that meal.

French fries! Have you ever tried jicama fries? You can go to grocery stores and it looks like a potato. Cut them up, throw them in olive oil, and some seasoning, and then throw them in your air fryer and they're like french fries. Some people use radishes.

Do any of you stick to a diet or eat a specific way all week, and then choose one day to eat what you want?

Some people can do that. It allows them to eat great every day, except for Sunday. A lot of people do that, and they still feel great. They're not depriving themselves and then the next day, they keep going.

Not everybody can do that though, because they might introduce the junk back, and then the cravings come back. So if you have the cravings in your body, you might start to want them again on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.

Everybody's different. If you choose to eat something that's not really aligned with your goals, then you can just get back on track after, or just don't do it if you can't.

For me, if it's not going to grow my muscles, or if it's truly going to hurt my stomach, I'm

going to be okay because I have ketones to drink the next day. It's not a magic pill, but it does control my appetite, gives me energy, and helps my body function. I can keep going with my day and my week, hitting my goals.

𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲.

And if you're asking about this brand new flavor, it's called "Pudding Pop". It just launched today, and it tastes just like a pudding pop.
