A delicious Dessert for the family!
2 - 8oz. packages of Cream Cheese
1 T SF Strawberry Jell-O
1 1/2 cups Heavy Whip Cream
1/3 cup diced strawberries
2 T Monk fruit
Splash of Lemon Juice
8 T Melted Butter
1 1/4 cup Almond Flour
2 T Monk Fruit
Mix butter, flour and Monk Fruit together.
Press into the bottom of a pie pan.
Bake at 350 until crust is golden brown.
Mix cream cheese ( room temp), strawberry Jell-O, swerve, HWC together until smooth.
Add lemon juice and mix in.
Lastly, fold in the diced strawberries.
Once crust is completely cooled, add filling and refrigerate.
Before serving make homemade whipped cream and top with sliced strawberries.
