Simple Meal Plans and Drinking Ketones

Have you planned and prepared your meals for this week?

I'm coaching people and I've got a handful of people who are doing different things. Some of you are just getting started here on the Keto Mom page, and we share recipes every single day here, and I also do live videos almost every single day unless my day gets away from me.


I've got four daughters, and we're a homeschooled family. I started this page with just our family on this journey, and it turned into this. It's so great because I get to meet so many people.

I want to know if you feel like you're prepared for the week. What does that look like?

I like to take Sundays to check what I have in my refrigerator or freezer, so I can figure out which meals we're going to have. I think we're having chicken and my kids love chili. We're also going to make some cauliflower soup. It's like that Zupa soup from Olive Garden, but we made it low-carb.


𝗪𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘂 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗜 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻.

That way, you don't get to one of those busy days where you don't have a meal ready and then decide to just go through the drive-thru and grab some food. So if you haven't done your meal prep, I challenge you to do a quick inventory before you go to bed. Share with me what's on your menu, so that it's not just my food. I just want to help you stay on track.


REBOOT


I've got a whole bunch of people starting the reboot. If you're doing the reboot with me, make sure you're in the other groups. If I did not add you to them, please send me a private Message.


There are 3 options to do the 60-hour reboot. We have a good, better, and best way to do this. It's basically resting and resetting your metabolism. I'm coaching people, along with other coaches, on how to do this.


So it's basically not eating for 60 hours, but you can also choose to do the other options. We split it up between 18, 36, or 60 hours, however, you want to do it. It's an entire kit, and you need to drink everything inside the kit, you don't eat. We will help you physically and mentally.


We will help you understand that food doesn't have to control you, you should be in control.

10 DAY CHALLENGE


I've also got other people in a different group starting the 10-Day Challenge. We're working on different things like...


  • Low-carb meals, not strict keto.

  • How much water are you drinking?

  • Being mindful of the food you're eating.

  • Being carb-conscious and low carb.

  • Eating proteins, salads, and veggies.

  • Eating when you're hungry, not when you're bored.

  • Drinking ketones once or twice a day.


A lot of people just need help starting. They need something to give them energy, focus, and appetite control. So whatever works for you, and if you have a keto, low-carb question, send me a message. If I've never given you the food list, let me know. It's a pretty basic list with some breakfast options, lunch options, and dinner options.


So it's not like there's a secret, there's really no secret. Seven years ago, I was the overwhelmed mom that had four little baby girls. I didn't know what to do. All I remember was writing down some breakfast options and I taped them to the fridge. And after I had breakfast under control, I wrote down some lunch options and taped them to the fridge. When I felt like I had lunch under control, I wrote down some dinner options and taped them to the fridge. That's what I did.


I have some basic ideas, and I have tons of recipes on ketomomsecrets.com. But what's important is we keep it simple.


We keep it super simple, not overwhelming.

KETONES

I started with ketones, they help you with your energy, not overeating, and not eating all of the Oreos. You won't have to take naps, and you will feel in control of your food. Ketones will help turn your brain on, so you don't have that brain fog.


I started with simple meals and I drank ketones every day.

Most people think that there's a secret to doing this keto lifestyle.

Most people can do low carb, or some people say dirty keto, or carb conscious. They say so many different things, but it's basically working on making better choices, drinking your water, moving your body, being mindful, and creating a lifestyle.


𝗦𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗴𝗼 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿.

I want to help you with that, so that when you go to a party, or even if you're just at home, you will consciously remember that you have goals and that you have better options.

  • Are you bored?

  • Are you hungry?

  • What do you need?


The point is to really listen to your body. Ketones are the tools that I use every day. Some of you drink pots of coffee or energy drinks. But I drink ketones and I have for seven years. They work, they taste good, and they're amazing.


I call Ketones my mom fuel, and I will not drink them. So let me know if you need a food list, or if you need to get kicked in the booty really well. The reboot is great, we do it once a month and I coach you when you want to do it. I'm here to help.


Otherwise, before you go to bed, I want you to take inventory of your refrigerator. The little things will help you get out of your home easier.

  • Do you have your kid's backpacks ready?

  • Do you have breakfast under control?

  • Do you know where the keys are?


If you walk out of your house frustrated, and your morning doesn't go right, you might fall trap to the emotional eating throughout the day because you didn't start your morning right.


Set up your morning for success.

  • Get up a little bit earlier

  • Read and be thankful.

  • Listen to a podcast. a

  • Lay out your keys and shoe.

  • Pack your lunches.

  • Throw something in the crock pot.

  • Don't go through the drive-thru.


Some of this takes time and preparation, but it will save you as you go throughout your weeks. You will find yourself reaching your goals because you took the time to prepare.
