Sausage & Veggie Sheet Pan Bake

Looking for an easy throw together dinner?


Try this awesome Pan Bake

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 bag frozen Brussels sprouts

  • bag frozen broccoli

  • 1 squash

  • 1 zucchini

  • sausage links of choice

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cover your pan in foil & coat with your favorite keto oil. (We use bacon grease)

  2. Cut up veggies & sausage and spread evenly on pan.

  3. Top with favorite seasonings.

  4. We used all purpose seasoning & Italian.

  5. Bake on 350 for approx. 20 minutes.

  6. Top with Parmesan/shredded cheese
