Looking for an easy throw together dinner?
INGREDIENTS:
1 bag frozen Brussels sprouts
bag frozen broccoli
1 squash
1 zucchini
sausage links of choice
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cover your pan in foil & coat with your favorite keto oil. (We use bacon grease)
Cut up veggies & sausage and spread evenly on pan.
Top with favorite seasonings.
We used all purpose seasoning & Italian.
Bake on 350 for approx. 20 minutes.
Top with Parmesan/shredded cheese
Yes, it's that simple
