8 oz ground sausage, mild or spicy 2 cloves garlic 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes 1 cup broccoli, chopped 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup parmesan Salt + pepper Spaghetti squash*
1. Sauté sausage, breaking it up into crumbles, for 4 minutes 2. Add garlic, tomatoes, and broccoli 3. Add in cream, water, and parmesan cheese 4. Simmer until sauce thickens 5. Add salt + pepper to taste 6. Serve in bowl or on top spaghetti squash
1 squash 1/4 cup olive oil 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 clove garlic, chopped finely Salt Pepper
