Low Carb Peanut Butter Buckeyes

Oh, these are my most favorite!


Something for the you this Holiday Season!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups peanut butter

  • 10 oz. cream cheese

  • 1/8- 1/4 cup monk fruit ( to taste )

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 cup 90% cocoa dark chocolate

  • 1/2 teaspoon organic coconut oil

  • 2 teaspoons Monkfruit


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix 2 cups peanut butter, 10 oz. cream cheese, 1/8- 1/4 cup monk fruit ( to taste ), and 1 teaspoon vanilla

  2. Roll into balls and pop in the freezer.

  3. Melt 1 cup 90% cocoa dark chocolate with 1/2 teaspoon organic coconut oil, 2 teaspoons Monkfruit, and mix together.

  4. Dip peanut butter balls in chocolate and freeze or refrigerate.
