Low carb English Muffin - Easy Keto Recipes

Who loves a Keto English Muffins?!? 😍


Hi Keto Mom here!


Let's make an English muffin! Almond flour, stir in baking powder and a pinch of salt. Microwave for 90 seconds, now we toast it. Look at it, it looks just like one. We're gonna toast it up right? Okay, it's toasted here's the kicker. We put natural peanut butter on, then we add an egg with some cheese on it. Top it with some bacon, put on top of our Keto English muffin and there you have it. Oh, I can't wait to eat it. That looks absolutely delicious!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 tbsp almond flour

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Simply mix it all together

  2. Butter the dish or ramekin

  3. Pour into a microwave safe dish

  4. Microwave for 90 seconds

  5. Cut in half and toast that baby up!


We love egg sandwiches! We added natural peanut butter, egg, cheese, and bacon! Enjoy!
