Hey everybody! Welcome to the Keto Mom page. My name is Stephanie, and we're going to dive into Keto snacks and the 10-day drink Ketones challenge.
Everybody here has some type of goal, and that's why you're on the Keto Mom page. I'm hoping that you're working towards something.

Give your day a thumbs up or a thumbs down. A thumbs up would be like you did the best you could, made the best decisions possible, and moved forward.
Alright! A quick thought for you, I often get asked about keto snacks... And most of the time I would say "Don't mess up good for perfect". So we're going to talk about 2 things, keto snacks, and the Keto challenge.
KETO SNACKS
What can I eat for a snack?
You can eat whatever you want, but if you have specific goals, then there are better options.
So I have this little box (Keto Krate), I don't have a link for it, but you can just go Google it (Keto Krate).
Anything like this (keto pre-packaged snack) is a better option. There's a good, better, and best option. There are good snacks, better snacks, and the best snacks. And there are things that I would categorize as the best snacks.
What is the best snack you would choose if you need a snack before your next meal? I would surely have Macadamia nuts, Almonds nuts, cheese sticks, or protein shakes.
So I would say this pre-packaged keto snack is a good snack. I don't want to say better because I'm categorizing things as good, better, or best. So the Keto Krate snack is good or better than a Snicker bar, but it's not the best option for me.
Something that's not inside packages are the best options.
But if you do have packaged snacks, the tip is to flip. These packaged snacks are great for trips, vacations, movies, or if you're sitting at the baseball field watching your kid play sports.
Here's the kicker that really throws most people off. If you're not having success in your fat loss goal, and you feel like this isn't working, and you're not losing the fat that you want. You have to remember how long it took for you to get here, so it'll also take you time to get there, and it's truly about your expectations around food.
The biggest thing as well is, most people overeat good food. So if you're constantly snacking on things like keto snacks and you've got them at home, I just tell people "Out of sight, out of mind"...
Some people are really not hungry, but as soon as they look at the food they immediately think they are. They're really not hungry, but it's only because they looked.
And most would say it's not a big deal because it says keto on the label, so they think it's okay to eat it. An hour later, you see these keto snacks on the counter. It makes you feel hungry, and you feel like it's not a big deal because it says keto on the label. 30 minutes later, you're in the refrigerator, and you do it again.
"It's not a big deal. It's keto, I can eat it".
Keto snacks are actually just here to seriously get you from this meal to the next meal. Some would look at a bag of nuts and feel like they can eat it because it's keto, but the next thing you know you've eaten the entire bag.
I always say "The tip is to Flip". There are little things to be aware of with these packaged snacks. They often package these keto snacks in larger servings than just one. So just be aware as you are working through your day.

If you're hungry, eat.
But if you're eating out of boredom, then don't eat.
I like to think of snacks as whole food options, like hard-boiled eggs, pickles, cheese sticks, or something simple. You can snack on whatever you want, but it all depends on your goals. You can always try to pick some better options.
DRINK KETONES CHALLENGE
Alright! We also have a challenge ongoing right now. We're working on sharing recipes, working on moving your body, drinking your water, and just different tips that you can start incorporating into your life to help you start creating healthy habits.
One of the challenges we have is drinking ketones. So you have a box of ketones.
It has a variety of flavors inside the box, and you're going to drink ketones once a day for 20 days or two times a day for 10 days.
Basically, you're going to join this group, and we're going to start it together on October 14. You've got a little bit of time to prep and get ready for it. So inside this group, I will be walking you through eating better, drinking water if you can, and moving your body. It's about being mindful for a solid 10-20 days to really create some habits and help you to truly understand the power of Ketones and why I drink them.
I've been drinking Ketones for seven years.
So what you do is take this packet, rip it open, put it in some water, shake it up, drink it, and it puts your body in ketosis in under an hour.
I needed the energy to keep up with my kids. I needed the mom brain or the fog brain to go away. Ketones cleared my brain. Ketones are brain fuel, and they helped me lose the last little bit of baby fat after I had our fourth daughter. It just helped me feel amazing.
And most people are actually already drinking something to fuel them up. What is your fuel of choice? Some people drink pots of coffee, sugary coffee, drive-thru coffee, energy drinks, or even cans of soda.
I choose ketones because this is a long-sustained energy fuel.
I actually encourage more people to do more of a carb-conscious or low-carb lifestyle and work together.
