Keto Crustless Quiche with Bacon and Cheese


  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or your preferred cheese)

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any low-carb milk of your choice)

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

  • Optional: chopped vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, mushrooms, etc.)


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a pie dish or a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, almond milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.

  3. Spread the crumbled bacon evenly on the greased dish.

  4. If you're adding vegetables, sprinkle them over the bacon.

  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the bacon and vegetables.

  6. Pour the egg mixture over the bacon, cheese, and vegetables. Ensure that everything is evenly coated.

  7. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the quiche is set in the center. You can check for doneness by inserting a toothpick or knife into the center. If it comes out clean, the quiche is ready.

  8. Once cooked, remove the quiche from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

  9. Cut into slices and serve warm.
