Keto Frosty! A refreshing treat this Summer


  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

  • 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol or sweetener of your choice

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 cups ice cubes


  1. Combine the almond milk, heavy cream, cocoa powder, powdered erythritol (or sweetener), and vanilla extract in a blender.

  2. Add the ice cubes to the blender.

  3. Blend the ingredients on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

  4. Taste the frosty and adjust the sweetness to your preference by adding more sweetener if needed.

  5. If the frosty is too thin, you can add more ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.

  6. Once the frosty is smooth and thick, pour it into a glass or mug.

  7. You can enjoy the frosty as is or add some toppings like whipped cream or a sprinkle of cocoa powder on top.

  8. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing and indulgent keto frosty!

Note: You can customize this recipe by adding flavors or ingredients such as mint extract, almond butter, or sugar-free chocolate syrup. Get creative and make it your own!
