Hey, everybody! Welcome to the Keto Mom page. My name is Stephanie, and we are actually going to dive into setting goals. I do a morning FB-live almost every single day and we go through a book. We talk about mindset and the importance of believing in your goals. If you see it, pay attention to your words, take action, then you will eventually achieve your goals. But if you look at things negatively, if you're speaking trash, then it is unlikely to happen.
