Who doesn't love a great cheese dip!
Here is one you can make in the Slow Cooker
Ingredients
1 Cup of shredded monterey jack cheese
8 ounces of cream cheese
12 ounces of salsa verde
Instructions
*Mix together cream cheese, shredded monterey jack cheese, and salsa verde together in the slow cooker.
*Cook for 2 1/2 hours on low, stirring and whisking every 30 minutes to get rid of any lumps.
Tip: I would try to use salsa that isn’t too chunky, since queso dip is usually on the smoother side. But if you prefer your dip to be chunky, go for it! If you like it really smooth feel free to puree it in a blender.
Here are a few dipping ideas to go along with your low carb tortillas. Mini sweet bell peppers, celery sticks....
