Creamy Green Bean Chicken Hotdish


  • 2-3 chicken breasts cooked and cubed

  • 3 cups green beans cut into smaller pieces

  • 8 oz. cream cheese

  • 3/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

  • 2 T butter

  • 1/3 cup water

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

  • 1 t minced garlic

  • 1/8 t pepper

  • 1/4 t salt

  • 2/3 cup shredded cheese


  1. Cook chicken and cut into cubes.

  2. Sautee green beans with a splash of olive oil. In a pan melt butter and add garlic.

  3. On low heat add cream cheese, HWC, water, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese and mix together.

  4. Add green beans into a greased 8x8 pan, add 1/2 of creamy mixture on top, then make a layer of the chicken.

  5. Lastly, top with other 1/2 of creamy mixture, sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

  6. Put in oven at 350 degrees for 30 mins or until Cheese is bubbly.
