Creamy Cabbage Sausage Pan/Skillet

A must try recipe!


A recipe you surely want to share!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 5 tbsp. unsalted butter

  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1 cup Sausage (your choice)

  • 1 small cabbage

  • 2 cloves of garlic, diced

  • 1 red bell pepper diced

  • 1/2 white onion diced

  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella

  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Melt butter in medium heat in a pan or skillet, then add in sausages - cook for 3-mins, per side until browned

  2. Add onion, garlic, pepper, and cabbage, stir up about 8-10 mins (don't overcook vegetables)

  3. Add in tomatoes, cook for 2 mins more

  4. Add heavy whipping cream, and continuously stir up until all are mixed well

  5. Seasoned with salt and pepper

  6. Top it with mozzarella, let it cook til cheese is bubbly and melts
