Cheesy Cauliflower Tots

A Simple Low Carb Snack Recipe!!!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups riced cauliflower (Microwaved for 30 seconds, squeezed, and dried with a paper towel)

  • 1 cup crushed pork rinds

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar

  • 1/2 cup parmesan

  • 2 eggs

Seasoning of choice:

  • 1 tsp salt and pepper

  • 1/2 tsp of paprika and garlic powder


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl to form a batter

  2. Shape batter into tots

  3. Air fry for 10-15 mins @ 400F

  4. Add in SF Ketchup for the dip

Yes, it's that simple
