What if your burger actually gave you MORE energy? š
Most burgers leave you feeling:
full⦠but heavy
satisfied⦠but sleepy
happy⦠then crashing an hour later
But what if you could still have that same comfort mealā¦and feel clear, energized, and in controlĀ after?
This plate right here changed the game for me š
Whatās on this plate š
This is one of those meals that looks simple⦠but works really well:
š Salmon burger (light but filling protein)
š„ Avocado (healthy fats = steady energy)
š„¬ Caesar-style greens (crunch + flavor)
š„ Cauliflower mash (comfort without the carb crash)
Itās balanced in a way that actually supports your dayānot slows you down.
Ingredients
For the Salmon Patty:
2 cups cooked salmon (fresh or canned, drained & flaked)
1 egg
¼ cup almond flour
2 tbsp mayo
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
For the Burger + Toppings:
Keto buns (or lettuce wrap)
1 avocado, sliced
1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
2 tbsp Caesar dressing (low-carb)
2 tbsp grated parmesan
For the Cauliflower Mash:
1 head cauliflower (steamed until soft)
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp heavy cream
Salt & pepper
Optional: bacon bits (like in your photo š)
Instructions
Make the Salmon Patties:
In a bowl, mix salmon, egg, almond flour, mayo, mustard, and seasonings.
Form into burger patties.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Cook patties 3ā4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Prepare the Cauliflower Mash:
Steam cauliflower until very soft.
Blend with butter, cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Stir in bacon bits if using.
Assemble the Burger:
Place salmon patty on bun (or go bunless š).
Toss lettuce with Caesar dressing + parmesan.
Add on top of the patty.
Finish with sliced avocado.
Quick Tips (Keto Mom style š)
Want it extra low carb?Ā Skip the bun ā lettuce wrap it
Add a fried egg on top = š„ + more protein
Pair with ketones for energy + no crashĀ (this combo hits different š)
The real shift isnāt the recipe⦠itās the pattern
You donāt need a full lifestyle overhaul.
But meals like this help you:
ā stop relying on sugar for energy
ā reduce those constant snack cravings
ā stay consistent without feeling restricted
And thatās where things start to change.
What I pair with this (and why it matters) š
Even with better meals, life still gets busy.

Thatās why I personally add K1 ketonesĀ into my dayānot to replace food, but to support how I feel.
Because I want:
ā clean energy
ā better focus
ā less āI need something sweetā moments
And this helps me stay consistentāeven on the imperfect days.
If you want to understand how it works with meals like this:
Or try it yourself here:
Start simple š
You donāt need to change everything overnight.
Just ask yourself:š āWill this meal help me feel better⦠or worse?ā
Then build from there.
This salmon burger?Itās a really good place to start.
