Breakfast Bagel

My amazing friend Amy made these!


Perfect to start your day or for snacks!

INGREDIENTS:

Carnivore bagels

  • 4 egg yolks

  • 1 tbsp. butter

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • ham & cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Whisk together 4 egg yolks

  2. Add 1 tablespoon softened butter

  3. Add 1/2 tsp baking powder

  4. Pour it into two silicone donut pan slots

  5. Bake at 350° for 12 minutes

  6. Take them out of the oven

  7. Brush them with butter and sprinkle on everything bagel seasoning

  8. Slice and fill with ham, and a perfectly cooked runny-yolk egg and cheese
