3 Way Oven Baked Chicken Wings

Easy Keto chicken wings recipe for the family!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs or Chicken wings (flats or drums)

  • 3 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Pat dry with kitchen paper towel excess moisture/ water from chicken wings

  2. Seasoned with baking soda and salt

  3. Mix it up til all wings are coated

  4. Place in an oven rack

  5. Baked for 250F for 35mins then increased to 425F til 45mins


BBQ Cajun Baked Wings (1ST WAY)


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup Bbq Sauce (We love Hughes)

  • 1 ½ tbsp Cajun Seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place bbq sauce in a pan, add in cajun seasoning and stir them up to mix

  2. Add in chicken wings, cook for 1-2 minutes until sauce is mixed well with chicken wings


Lemon Pepper Baked Wings (2ND WAY)

𝟯 𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Tbsp of butter

  • 4 Tbsp of lemon juice

  • 2 tsp of pepper

  • Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Melt butter in a pan until melted, place lemon, stir up

  2. Add in pepper and salt

  3. Add in chicken wings, cook for 1-2 minutes until sauce is mixed well with chicken wings


Italian Herb Parmesan Baked Wings (3RD WAY)


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Tbsp butter

  • 2 Tbsp garlic, minced

  • 2 Tbsp dried Italian herb blend

  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped

  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan, grated

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Melt butter in a pan until melted

  2. Add in garlic, cook for 30 seconds to a minute

  3. Add Italian blend, parsley cooked for a minute

  4. Throw in wings in the pan

  5. Add in parmesan and stir up for a minute until chicken wings are well coated
