Keto Cheeseburger Lettuce Wraps (Quick + Kid-Friendly)

If you need lunch on the table fast (and you want it to feel like real comfort food), these cheeseburger lettuce wraps are the move. They’re juicy, cheesy, and totally customizable for picky eaters.


Why I love this recipe

Lettuce wraps filled with ground beef, cheddar, tomatoes, pickles, and bacon bits. A small dish of sauce is on the side.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (or turkey)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

  • Salt + pepper, to taste

  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar (or any cheese you love)

  • Romaine hearts or butter lettuce leaves

  • Optional toppings: diced pickles, chopped onion, tomatoes, bacon crumbles


Quick “special sauce”

Mix together: 1/3 cup mayo + 1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup + 1 tsp mustard + 1 tsp pickle juice (optional) + pinch of paprika.


How to make it

  1. Brown the meat in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain if needed.

  2. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Turn heat to low, sprinkle cheese on top, and cover 1–2 minutes until melty.

  4. Spoon into lettuce leaves and add toppings + sauce.
