Summer Red Berries Chia Jam

Great for summer!


This is awesome for the Summer

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup of Strawberries

  • 1 cup of Raspberries

  • 3 tsp of Monk fruit sweetener

  • 1/2 tbsp. of lemon

  • 3 tbsp. of chia seeds

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a pot, medium heat, throw in strawberries and raspberries altogether

  2. Add sweetener and vanilla essence

  3. Using a masher, mash up the fruits, continuously mixing up until they began to liquify

  4. Add in chia seeds, mix well

  5. Put in the lemon and stir up

  6. Let it cool then transfer to an air tight jar

Yes, it's that simple
