Strawberry Cheesecake Fat Bombs

Recipe Idea for 4th of July? Here you go!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup butter or coconut oil, softened

  • 2 tbsp. powdered Monk fruit

  • 1 vanilla bean or 1 tbsp. sugar-free vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cut the cream cheese and butter to small pieces, put them in a mixing bowl

  2. Leave it at room temp until it softened (don't microwave the butter)

  3. Place strawberries in a blender then add Monk fruit, vanilla extract and mix well

  4. Add the cream cheese and butter mixture, blend until well combined

  5. Scoop the mixture to small muffin silicon molds/ candy molds

  6. Place in the freezer for 2 hrs. or until set

  7. Remove fat bombs from the molds and serve

  8. You can replace strawberries with blueberries too, or mix!
