Sausage Pizza Chaffle

Who loves Chaffles for Dinner?


Chaffles are a must try!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 Kielbasa sausage, sliced

  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese

  • 1 tsp coconut flour

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 2 tbsp. Marinara Sauce

  • ½ cup Colby Jack cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:

(Recipe makes 2 chaffles)

  1. Pre-heat waffle maker

  2. In a bowl, mix eggs, 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, coconut flour and Italian seasoning, thoroughly combine mixture, set aside

  3. Put in ⅛ cup mozzarella cheese first on the waffle maker

  4. Pour half of the chaffle mixture into the center of the waffle iron.

  5. Allow to cook for 3-5 minutes

  6. Carefully remove and repeat for second chaffle

  7. Top each chaffle with sauce, Colby jack cheese and Kielbasa sausage

  8. You can either put them in the waffle maker again or bake in an oven for about 3-5 mins

  9. Remove and sprinkle some parsley or basil if desired.
