𝗜'𝘃𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆!

Good morning! Welcome to the Keto Mom page. My name is Stephanie and I want to give you a thought for today. And if you take this thought, think about it, understand it, have an awareness of it, and take activity on it, then it might change your entire week.

It might change the entire way that you think about your diet, your lifestyle, or just things you're doing in life. We are in Kentucky, and we've been doing an event here with some of our team members, our CEO, and some incredible experts and people.

𝗪𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗝𝗮𝘆 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝘁𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗵 𝗠𝗰𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗜𝗜 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁.

There were so many little phrases and little things I've learned that I think would help the Keto Mom community immensely. I don't want you to be overwhelmed. I want you to think about this diet or lifestyle or whatever you're going after, just take a deep breath and I want you to think about this one phrase...

"Complication is the enemy of execution"

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗺𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻? 𝗔𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸, 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱. 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗶𝘁! 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗻𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗼 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗱.

You actually know what to do, especially if you've been here for a while and you've already seen many different recipes. You've heard me say things like...
  • Don't mess up good for perfect.

  • Do not eat if you're not hungry.

  • You can overeat good fat.

𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗣 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗜𝗖𝗦.

So if I were to just simply ask you, "What are some things you need to do, to get prepared for this week?". You probably would say, "I need to plan my meals or my menu".

Don't make it hard. Just grab a couple of your favorite meals. You probably should also physically move your body. What are your workouts going to look like this week?
𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗱𝗮𝘆.

Plan your day to day for the rest of your week. Make sure you drink more water. It's basically doing the simplest thing, and having things in your your focus to have success this week.

Go to the grocery store. Make your menu, go through your cover, and check what you have. Do not overcomplicate this.

I have a customer group, which is a separate private group other than this Keto Mom page. And in that group, people usually ask, "How do I get started?". And I've realized that I can give you so many different recipes, tips and tricks. You can even go to ketomomsecrets.com.

But if you take this phrase to heart, "Complication is the enemy of execution", you can simplify things out.

Don't make it complicated. You can get up in the morning and intermittent fast, or you eat breakfast, like bacon, eggs or sausage. Simple! You either pack a lunch to go to work, or you don't eat lunch.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.

If you pack your lunch, you can have a lettuce wrap or a salad. You can bring some meat, cheese sticks, and veggies. If you're doing low carb, eliminate some of the bread, pasta, potatoes. You can eat some proteins, veggies and salads. Take the buns off the burgers, or you can check out our PRUVIT meals. And then for dinner, you can do the same thing.

When you're bored, and you want to eat. Have the awareness of being bored, grab your ketones, or get up and move your body. You don't have to eat because you're bored. Don't complicate this, don't just sit back and wait for the perfect time.

My husband says this often to people, "Every choice you make has consequences or rewards". You get to decide the choices you make every single day. You need to get out of your head, you actually already know what to do. Many of you have done this before, you send me messages saying, "I've lost the weight, I've done it before, I know what to do".
