Keto Pepperoni Pizza Bites

A great snacks for the kids 🍕


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups pepperoni

  • 4 oz. cream cheese

  • 1/3 cup coconut flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 3 large eggs, beaten

  • 1 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat over 350°

  2. Combine cream cheese, pepperoni, cheese and eggs. Mix well.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix until combined

  4. Chill for 10 minutes before baking

  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
