Read, listen to podcast, listen to good music, happy people are in constant learning phase. So you're learning, you implement and then you put it into action. You learn how to eat on here, then you put it into action. You maybe reading a book about marriage, you put it into action, parenting, or whatever it is that you're learning. You take what you learn, and you put it into action. So Number One, "You decide". Number two, the "How to" will follow. You will learn, you'll put it into action, and Things fall into place. Not overnight, it takes some time. But when you put these things into place, it will work. You just have to do the work.

Good Morning! Welcome to the Keto Mom page, the question I have for you today is "Are you Happy?"...
What does that look like? How do I get there and what does that even mean? Let's talk about that. So as you're tuning in, where are you tuning in from? We have been going through books for the last couple of months. We've been doing lots of different things, and if you are brand new to the page... My hope is that you come here to be inspired, to learn, to grow and to help you on your journey. Just to help you find your better, whatever your better is. Some of you might want to feel better, look better, you want to be a better mom or a better dad.
Most of it starts with your health, most of you are here because you want to physically feel better.
There's a lot that goes to that, so we are going to be starting this book in September, "Dream it, Pin it, Live it" by Terri Savelle Foy. If you wan to join is, you can grab the book, or you can tune in here every single day. We are creating a vision board for your life... Where do you want to go? What are your dreams and how do you get there?
What does that look like?... Let's map it out, let's put it in front of us, that's what the book is going to do. A lot of people do this at the beginning of every year, but I don't want to wait. I've done the vision board and a lot of you have done them, and some of you have been saying "I need to do something different", "I need to go the next level", "I need a vision", "I need goals", and "I need to see where I'm going"... That's what we are going to do, we are going to create it. So here's the book, "Dream it, Pin it, Live it" by Terri Savelle Foy. My question to is "Are you Happy?"... It could be a Yes or No answer, and you don't have to explain yourself. I read this morning, on the book called "The Language of Influence and Personal Power" by Scott Hagan.
This book is just like little quotes for the day, and this morning I read, it says "Happy people never quit, they just keep Learning"...
And I thought to myself, somebody might ask me "How do I find happiness?", "What does that mean?"...
Happy people never quit, "What if I'm not happy?"... And so I thought, how do you explain to somebody what it means to be happy or find happiness, because everybody has different circumstances. Everybody has different things in their life that they're going through. And honestly, I truly feel like the number one thing that everybody should be doing is working on their mindset. So you can come here, it's called the Keto Mom page I can teach you. Yesterday, I went to Costco and I took a picture of a whole bunch of different keto things that I found at the store, and that's one way of teaching you. You can learn how to eat and you can learn how to make better choices, and you can get your goals on track. But what is it going to take for you to be happy?

There's a couple things... Number one, in anything in life, you have to decide. So you're here on the Keto Mon page, to lose some fat, maybe to get in shape, to feel stronger to feel better. Number one, you have to decide, you have to decide in anything in life.
Are you going to go after the goals? Are you going to choose your attitude? Are you going to decide that Yes! I'm going to do this. So maybe right now, happiness to you might be losing fifty pounds... Whatever the case maybe, you have to first make a decision. And then the choices and the "How to" will follow. Oftentimes people say, "I just have to figure out how to do this", and "How do I do it?", Until you have the determination, and the decision and the decisiveness that you're going to do it, The "How to" is going to fall on the wayside. Once you have a line drawn in the sand, and you decide I'm going to do this, then guess what the "How to" will fall into place.
If you have decided "I'm going to get healthy, no matter what, nothing is going to get in my way"... Then every single day, your choices will be easier for you to make, "I'm going to intermittent fast", "I'm going to have bacon, eggs or sausage instead of cereal and a doughnut", "I'm going to drink more water instead of the Mountain Dew", "I'm going to get up and workout because I've already decided that I'm going to get healthy"... Same with being happy, and I know there's different circumstances and there's a lot of stuff going on in the world right now. There is no shortage of craziness of watching the news, I get it. But when I read that this quote "Happy people never quit, they just keep learning"...
To me, Learning is the key. The reason we're going to read and go through books on this page is because I can teach you how to eat, and do the Miracle Morning, like "Let's get up", "Let's not hit our snooze button", "Let's drink more water", "Let's intermittent fast", "Let's do a 24 hour fast", or "Let's cut out the doughnuts"... I can teach you all of those things, but if your mindset is not right, if you are not decisive, if you have not drawn a line in the sand, if you are not learning and growing your mindset, then you're probably not going to be happy. Because mindset is key for anything in life, parenting, marriage, your health, your work, all of it. If your mindset isn't right, then nothing else is going to matter. And you're going to probably find yourself going backwards and giving up easily. And so when I read that, I thought "You're right, happy people learn"... What does it look like to learn?
